PLR Terms of Use
By purchasing or downloading any template from this website, you agree to be bound by these PLR Terms of Use. Please read this agreement carefully before using any of our products. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our templates.
1. What Is PLR?
PLR stands for Private Label Rights. When you purchase a PLR template from us, you are granted a license to customize, rebrand, and resell the final, modified product as your own. This means you can put your name on it, adapt it to suit your brand, and sell or distribute it to your own customers.
PLR is not the same as purchasing a product for personal use only. The rights granted here are specifically designed to allow you to build your own digital product business using our templates as a starting point.
2. What You MAY Do
The following uses are permitted under this PLR license:
• Edit, customize, and modify the templates — including changing colors, fonts, text, graphics, layout, and branding elements
• Add your own logo, website URL, business name, and branding
• Sell the finished, customized product as a digital download or printable (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPG) to your own customers
• Offer the finished, customized product as a free download, lead magnet, or opt-in freebie
• Use the finished product as part of a course, membership site, or coaching program
• Claim authorship of your final, customized end product
• Use the templates to create multiple unique products for sale
3. What You May NOT Do
The following uses are strictly prohibited under this PLR license:
• Resell, share, transfer, or distribute the original, unmodified Canva template files or Canva links to any third party
• Resell or give away the original templates as PLR, MRR (Master Resell Rights), or with any form of resell rights to your customers
• Sell or distribute the editable Canva template itself — your customers must receive a finished, static file (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.), not the editable Canva link
• Claim copyright or ownership of the original, unmodified template designs
• Sell or distribute the templates on stock template marketplaces or template libraries (e.g., Creative Market, Envato, etc.)
• Use the templates for any illegal, harmful, defamatory, or deceptive purposes
• Remove or alter any original copyright notices from the template source files
4. Customization Requirement
All buyers are required to modify the templates before selling or distributing them to their own customers. This is a condition of the license, not merely a suggestion.
At a minimum, customization must include changes to at least two of the following: fonts, color scheme, layout elements, or graphic elements. We strongly encourage more thorough customization, including:
• Changing the color palette to match your brand
• Swapping out fonts
• Adding or replacing graphic elements and icons
• Adding your logo, website URL, and business name
• Updating or rewriting text content
The goal of this requirement is to ensure that each buyer's final product looks unique to their brand, and to prevent identical versions of the same template from circulating across the web. Your customers deserve a product that feels distinctly yours.
5. Canva Terms of Use
All of our templates are created using Canva. By using these templates, you are also subject to Canva's own Terms of Use. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with Canva's licensing terms, including any restrictions on the use of Canva-provided elements (fonts, photos, graphics, etc.) within your designs.
Please note: Canva Pro elements included in a template may require a Canva Pro subscription to access and edit. If you are using the free version of Canva and are prompted to upgrade, this is because the template contains Pro elements. You may replace Pro elements with free alternatives if needed.

6. Intellectual Property
The original template designs sold on this website remain the intellectual property of Make Pretty Printables. The PLR license grants you usage rights as described in these terms, but does not transfer copyright of the original designs to you.
You may claim ownership of your final, customized end product. You may not claim ownership of the original template itself.
7. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a template has been purchased and the Canva link has been accessed. Please review all product descriptions, previews, and these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

8. Number of End Buyers
Unless otherwise stated on the specific product listing, our standard PLR templates are sold to an unlimited number of buyers. Semi-exclusive or exclusive listings will specify a maximum buyer limit on the product page. Please check individual product listings for details.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the templates will meet your specific requirements or that the use of our templates will result in any particular business outcome, income, or profit. You assume full responsibility for how you use these templates.
10. Limitation of Liability
Make Pretty Printables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our templates, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase or use of a template shall not exceed the amount you paid for that template.
11. Agreement & Updates
By purchasing any template from this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these PLR Terms of Use. These terms may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our products following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Make Pretty Printables with respect to your use of our products and this website.
